"Back to Basics"
Road Transport Forum NZ Annual Conference 2010
Millennium Hotel
Queenstown
17-20 September 2010
"Back to Basics" is the theme for this year's Road Transport Forum Annual Conference,
with the focus firmly on the sound business practices needed to be ready when the economy
gets back on the road to recovery. Recognising that time is money, especially in the current economic climate, the new-look
2010 Conference has been specially scheduled to pack a lot into just two days of formal sessions
to minimise the time delegates are away from their businesses. As always, Conference gives delegates the opportunity to hear and question a suite of
high-value speakers, including both the Minister of Transport, Steven Joyce, the Opposition
Transport spokesperson Darren Hughes, transport officials, the head of Business New Zealand
and, for a different perspective, one of Australia's top trucking operators. And the full and active partners' programme is designed to make the most of Queenstown's
many delights during Conference. The Millennium Hotel is the Conference hub, hosting the Conference sessions and trade
exhibition as well as offering a range of rooms for Conference delegates. Other accommodation
is available at hotels just a brief walk from the Millennium. Set in the centre of Queenstown, the four-star Millennium is close to the central shopping
area with its great choice of bars and restaurants for relaxing in. For really hardy delegates, the
Millennium is only minutes away from bungee jumping, white water rafting and jet boating. And
of course the world famous Coronet Peak, Remarkables and Cardrona ski fields are just a short
drive. For a challenging and refreshing end of winter break, sign up for the 2010 Road Transport
Forum Conference now. For Conference Programme click here For Partners Programme click here For Registration form click here |
